By accessing or using the LandLens mobile application and website at landlens.app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LandLens provides GPS-based land measurement tools, including area measurement, distance measurement, marker placement, and data export functionality. The Service includes both free and subscription-based features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription:

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Service without our written consent

6. Measurement Accuracy Disclaimer

LandLens provides land measurements for informational and reference purposes only. Measurements are based on GPS data and satellite imagery, which may have inherent inaccuracies. LandLens measurements should not be used as a substitute for professional land surveys. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any measurements. For legal, boundary, or official purposes, always consult a licensed surveyor.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LandLens and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any measurement data you create using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes any decisions made or actions taken based on measurements provided by the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination using the app's export features.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
