You can delete your LandLens account and all associated data at any time, directly from within the app. This page explains the steps, what data is removed, and how to request deletion if you no longer have access to the app.
Open LandLens
Launch the LandLens app on your iOS or Android device.
Tap the Settings icon
Tap the gear icon in the bottom navigation bar to open Settings.
Scroll to the Account section
Scroll down until you see the "Account" section.
Tap "Delete Account"
Tap the red "Delete Account" row. A confirmation dialog will appear explaining that this action is permanent.
Confirm deletion
Tap "Delete Everything" to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
When you confirm account deletion, the following data is permanently and immediately removed:
LandLens does not retain any personal data after account deletion. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — there is no grace period or recovery window.
Anonymous analytics events already processed by Google Analytics (aggregated, non-identifiable) cannot be retroactively deleted as they contain no personal identifiers.
Subscription purchase records may be retained by the Apple App Store or Google Play for their standard billing retention periods, as required by law. LandLens does not control these records.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly. We will process your request within 30 days.
